Our team is ready to assist you to resolve problems with your product in the fastest time possible.
Non-Warranty returns are not accepted unless the products are in an un-used and resalable condition and you contact us within 14 days of purchase and return the product within 14 days of confirmation. Freight back to Cable Ferret’s warehouse is at you cost and there will be a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs.
Prior to returning a product, you must send the details of the reason or problem and proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org

In order to obtain any remedy from us, you must provide us with clear proof of purchase date.
Once proof of purchase has been established, if the product fault can be determined by Cable Ferret Inc., we will offer you an exchange, or repair. The available remedy will depend on whether the fault can be remedied and/or whether it amounts to a failure of a substantial character.
Where Cable Ferret Inc. finds that there is no fault with the product, or that the product been damaged due to misuse, abnormal use or negligent use, we may require you to pay us for any fee incurred by us in connection with the assessment of your product, and the transportation.
Unfortunately, Cable Ferret Inc. cannot offer a refund or exchange where there is no fault with the product, or the product has been damaged due to misuse, abnormal use or negligent use. However in such case, we may offer you repair of your product at your cost.
